Online registration in the database of mobile citizens

Service recipients registered in the database of mobile citizens can not only use all the services and services of the portal egov.kz for example, you can get EDS or help using the mobile applications telegram bot EgovKzBot2. 0 and egov mobile, but also use proactive services.
Have now there are two ways online check-in mobile database of citizens:
1) via the Kenes Virtual assistant:
✅ click on the Kenes Virtual assistant located in the lower right corner of the egov page.kz and choose your preferred language;
✅ click on the icon in the lower panel of the assistant and on the "video Call" button under the text " Registration in the database of mobile citizens»;
✅ after receiving a video call by the operator, show your ID card, dictate your IIN, phone number, and one-time password.
2) through the portal's "Personal account" egov.kz:
✅ log in to the portal's "Personal account" egov.kz, in the "phone" column, specify the mobile phone number and sign the EDS request.
