Public service centers of Almaty region switched to preliminary booking

In connection with the tightening of quarantine measures, the public service centers of the city of Kapshagai, Taldykorgan and Enbekshikazakhsky, Eskeldinsky, Zhambyl, Iliysky, Karasaysky, Karatalsky, Koksu Talgarsky districts are starting to accept only by prior reservation. Earlier, the public service centers of the city of Almaty began to accept clients only by booking.

The order of the chief sanitary doctor is a compulsory measure that will protect both clients and employees from possible infection. We earnestly ask the population to treat the measures taken with understanding and not to visit PSCs without urgent need. Also, I would like to remind once again that more than 80% of public services can be obtained on the eGov.kz portal and in the eGov mobile application. Take care of yourself and your family!

You can book a queue in a couple of minutes through the egov.kz portal, the egov mobile application, the egovkzbot2.0 telegram bot (@ kenes1414bot), as well as by calling the 1414 contact center.

When booking, the client must indicate his personal data, select the region, the department of the public service center, the time and date of the visit.

When booking, Kazakhstanis can indicate a preferential window if they belong to the category of large families, pensioners or persons with disabilities. You can also choose a wholesale window if you need to issue several types of public services at the same time in the public service center.

The government recommends for citizens to come to the PSC 10-15 minutes earlier than the booked time and comply with all sanitary requirements. By the order of the sanitary doctors of the regions, the PSCs will conduct a reception from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Saturday, and the PSCs of the region on Saturday work according to a reduced schedule.
