Last week, the annual hearing of the mayors of districts and cities was held before the Governor of the region Amandyk Batalov.Akim of the district reported on problematic issues, plans, and prospects of the district. The main purpose of these hearings is to identify priority issues that need the support of the regional leadership on the ground.
Since 2018, the city of Talgar has been actively working on the installation of block-modular boiler houses (BMCs).
At the moment, 21 BMCs have been installed, and 11 more are being completed. As a result, all 5-storey apartment buildings in Talgar will be provided with heat ( 142 houses, 4489 apartments).
It remains to connect 26 two-storey houses in the amount of 208 apartments in Talgar and 32 five-storey houses in the amount of 960 apartments in 6 localities of the district (Panfilova village, Karabulak, kendala, Aktas Besagash, Altyn Dan).
Also, within the framework of the Nurly Zher program, the construction of 6 multi-apartment residential buildings was completed in Talgar. In addition, a design plan for the construction of ten 72-apartment residential buildings in the "Zhana" microdistrict of Talgar is being developed. It plans to start construction of the first five next year.
