This quarry began to be developed in 1959. Based on materials from this quarry, many objects of the state farm "Gorny Sadovod" were built, later renamed the village of Beskainar. Stone from the quarry was used for the construction of schools, kindergartens, hospitals, roads, pioneer camps "Lesnaya Skazka", "Klyuchi", "Iskorka", tourist base "Tak Samal", vegetable storage and many other objects. Naturally, all the work was planned, coordinated and in compliance with environmental requirements. Later, during the privatization of the state farm land was divided into shares and distributed to employees, including the quarry. In the future, this quarry has repeatedly changed its owners. The lack of control by the private owners of the quarry led to the fact that a spontaneous garbage dump was formed on its territory. According to this fact, violators were repeatedly issued fines, a barrier was installed.
Stone from the quarry is also periodically removed, either by the quarry owners, or without their permission. The mayor's office has not received any oral or written requests from the owners of the quarry on these facts.
In order to avoid further deterioration of the environmental situation, the mayor's office of the village is working to install round-the-clock security or video surveillance at the quarry. To do this, a meeting will be held with the current owner of this object.
