Land relations services are being digitalized in Kazakhstan
Five more state services related to land relations in Kazakhstan have been transferred to the online format.
Now services such as "information from the state land cadastre", "Determination of cadastral (estimated) cost of land, Negotiate the designed land plot graphic data of the AIS SLC", "Production and issuance of acts on land", "Providing information about the qualitative state of the land" will be available on the e-government portal egov.kz.
Currently, all the necessary legal acts have been approved by the relevant government agencies, and the services have been launched in test mode on the portal egov.kz. After the NPA comes into force, anyone can get these services on the portal.
According to the Deputy Director of the state Corporation "Government for citizens" in the Almaty region, Abdurasul Kuldashov, land relations services have always been difficult to obtain. "Most of the land services were provided exclusively in paper form and only when the service recipient personally visited the front offices of the state Corporation. In the age of digital technologies, being tied to a place of residence, waiting for the result of a service for several days, or even weeks, of course, does not fit into any framework. Therefore, the terms of providing the most popular services in the field of land relations were revised and minimized. In addition, availability on the egov portal.kz allows you to receive them without reference to your place of residence, i.e. anywhere in the world. The main condition is to have digital signature", – said Koltashov.
So, if earlier the period of approval of the projected land plot according to the graphic data of the AIS GZK was 15 calendar days, now it has been reduced to 7 working days. The production time for an identification document has been reduced from 6 working days to 4. The deadline for providing information from the state land cadastre has been reduced from 3 working days to 15 minutes. And so on for all five services.
It is worth noting that the new services will be available in the "Land relations" section of the "Real estate" portal egov.kz.
Earlier, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his message instructed to digitize business processes as much as possible. "Run" should be "data", not the people.

for 9 months of the current year, more than 31 thousand acts on a land plot, 1,578 definitions of the cadastral (estimated) value of a land plot, and about 100 data from the state land cadastre were issued through the front offices of the state Corporation "Government for citizens".
