New cars handed over to talgar sports schools
Today, with the support of Akim of Almaty region Amandyk Batalov and the Regional Department of Physical Culture and Sports, 5 new water cars were delivered to three sports schools of Talgar district. The event was attended by akim of the District Serikzhan Erekeshev, who solemnly handed over the keys of the car and thanked the heads of the region for the great support.
Municipal state institution "Almaly children's and Youth Sports School" of talgar district received a mini-bus Hyindai H350 (17 seats) in the amount of 20 million 500 thousand tenge.
"Special children's and youth sports school for training followers of the regional Olympic cycling named after A. Kivilev" - 6 million 250 thousand tenge. at the expense of funds - Lada Vesta, 2 units – Lada Largus (7-seater) cars were purchased for the amount of 9 million 840 thousand tenge.
"Regional specialized children's and youth sports school for winter sports" – 11 million 500 thousand tenge. the funds were used to purchase a gazelle (16-seater) minibus.
Currently, 30.0% of the total population of the district, or 62,040 people, are engaged in sports. Of these, the number of young people engaged in sports is 19,395, which is 9.1% of the total population of the district.
In total, 242 sports facilities serve the population in talgar district for the effective use of leisure time by young people. Among them: 3 stadiums, 2 sports and recreation complexes, 9 swimming pools, 63 gyms, 56 sports grounds, 57 football fields, 12 mini-football fields of the latest design, 6 tennis courts, 4 ski trails, 1 Indoor Hockey Field, 5 sports schools and other 24 sports facilities.
