According to the Program of socio-economic development of the district for 2024, 2573.5 million tenge was allocated. The allocated funds have been disbursed, of which 2,369.4 million tenge has been disbursed for the payment of social benefits and to provide persons with disabilities with rehabilitation facilities and services.
State targeted social assistance was provided to 1024 families, including 5,686 people in the amount of 557.1 million tenge.
Of the recipients of the TSA, 696 children educated in preschool institutions received a social payment in the amount of 92.8 million tenge.
Ø 11.4 million tenge was allocated to 195 children with disabilities who study at home Ø 16.5 million tenge was paid to 131 tuberculosis patients Ø One-time financial assistance was paid to 866 recipients in the amount of 94.5 million tenge (on the Day of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from Afghanistan (February 15), on Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War (May 9) to workers 3,454 people in the amount of 63.8 million tenge received social assistance for the purchase of fuel for social workers living in rural areas, veterans of military operations in other countries, etc. In order to ensure the rights and improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, the following work has been done: 409 individual assistants have been assigned to 409 group 1 disabled people with mobility difficulties, 13 sign language specialists provide services to 100 hearing impaired people. In addition, the following technical rehabilitation facilities were provided to the disabled:Ø Wheelchairs - 156 pcs;Ø compensatory devices – 2016 pcs;Ø prosthetic and orthopedic devices – 843 pcs;Ø 1,168 disabled people applied for sanatorium treatment;Ø 106 group I disabled people used Invataxi services, the total number of applications was 13025. The department has 2 home-based services departments, in which 35 social workers provide 174 disabled children and single pensioners with special social services. In addition, with the assistance of sponsors, many charity events were organized and held in the district. In particular, on the eve of Nauryz holiday, with the support of the Samga-N Public Foundation, the volunteer organization "From Heart to Heart" in honor of Algys Aitu Day, March 8 day and Koris Kuni, the charity organization "From Heart to Heart" for 100 people with disabilities and single elderly and children People with disabilities receiving services at the department of assistance were provided with charitable assistance at the Asia restaurant. In honor of the celebration of the "Day of the Elderly" on October 1, food baskets were distributed to single elderly and disabled people receiving services in the department by the volunteer organization "From Heart to Heart".
On the day of the disabled, the volunteers of the public foundation "Kausar bulaq" presented sweets to 20 children living in the city of Talgar.
