On the appointment of elections of deputies of the Talgar district maslikhat of the Almaty region in single-mandate territorial electoral districts No. 4 and No. 25 instead of those who left
In accordance with subparagraph 2-3) of article 14, subparagraph 4) Paragraph 1, paragraphs 3-1 and 6 of Article 101 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the territorial Election Commission of the Talgar district of the Almaty region DECIDES:
To appoint elections of deputies of the Talgar district maslikhat of the Almaty region in single-mandate territorial electoral districts No. 4 and No. 25 instead of those who left on March 30, 2025.
To approve the Calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of the elections of deputies of the Talgar district Maslikhat of the Almaty region in place of those who resigned, scheduled for March 30, 2025, according to the annex to this resolution.
To publish this resolution in the media and post it on the Internet resource of the territorial election commission of the Talgar district.
