About determination of the order and the amount of compensation of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among disabled people according to the individual curriculum in Talgarsky district
In accordance with subparagraph 4) of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 2002 "on social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities", the Talgar district maslikhat DECIDED:
1) reimbursement of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to the individual curriculum (hereinafter – reimbursement of training costs) is made by the state institution "Department of employment and social programs of Talgar district»;
2) reimbursement of tuition costs is provided to one of the parents and other legal representatives of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to the individual curriculum, regardless of the family income;
3) reimbursement of training costs is paid quarterly from the month of application to one of the parents or other legal representatives of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to the individual curriculum;
4) upon the occurrence of circumstances that led to the termination of compensation for training costs (reaching the age of eighteen, death, removal of disability, departure for permanent residence outside the Talgar district), the payment is terminated from the month following the month in which the relevant circumstances occurred;
5) all disputes and disagreements arising from reimbursement of training costs are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
