On the approval of the Rules for the provision of
municipal services in Talgar district
In accordance with subparagraph 16) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 1997 "On Housing Relations" and the Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2020 No. 249 "On Approval of the List of Public Services and Standard Rules for the provision of Public services" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20542), the Akimat of Talgar district DECIDES:
Approve the attached Rules for the provision of public services in the Talgar district.
2. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the first deputy akim of Talgar district A. Ashimakhun.
3. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
