3.submission of candidates for Akims to the Talgar District Election Commission on an alternative basis by submitting applications on the recommendation of the Akim of Talgar district and the consent of candidates to run as candidates for akims on the territory of the relevant administrative-territorial unit.

It starts 30 days before Election Day – on May 04, 2021 and ends 25 days before Election Day – on May 08, 2021.

4.drawing up lists of electors and hanging them at the voting point.

5.to determine the compliance of a candidate for Akim with the requirements set out in paragraph 3 of Article 33 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the rules for holding elections of mayors of cities of district significance, rural districts, settlements and villages of the Republic of Kazakhstan that are not part of the rural district, draw up a corresponding protocol.

6.Submit a declaration of income and property to the tax authorities at the place of residence as of May 1, 2021.
