On amendments to the decision of the talgar district maslikhat of December 28, 2020 No. 69-281 "on the budget of the Talgar district for 2021-2023"
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 104 and Paragraph 4 of Article 106 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Talgar district maslikhat made a decision:
1. make the following amendments to the decision of the talgar district maslikhat of December 28, 2020 No. 69-281 "on the budget of the Talgar district for 2021-2023" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 5864, published on January 15, 2021 in the reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) :
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be redrafted:
"1. approve the district budget for 2021-2023 in accordance with annexes 1, 2 and 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2021 in the following amounts:
1) income of KZT 17,537,461 thousand, including:
tax revenues KZT 4,471,514 thousand;
non-tax revenues KZT 317,408 thousand;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital KZT 1,479,860 thousand;
transfer receipts KZT 11,268,679 thousand;
2) expenses KZT 17,678,486 thousand;
3) net budget lending of KZT 83,996 thousand, including:
Budget Loans 123 763 thousand tenge;
repayment of Budget Loans 39,767 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets 0 tenge, including
inside:
purchase of financial assets 0 tenge;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the State 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) ( - ) 225 021 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (use of the surplus) in the amount of KZT 225,021 thousand, including:
loan receipts 873 763 thousand tenge;
repayment of loans KZT 1,251,313 thousand;
the balance of budget funds used is 602,571 thousand tenge.».
2.annex 1 to the said decision should be redrafted in accordance with the annex to this decision.
3.control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the Standing Committee of the Talgar district maslikhat "on socio-economic development, tariff policy, development of small and medium-sized businesses and the budget".
4.this decision is effective from January 1, 2021.
