The Almaty Regional Territorial Inspectorate of Forestry and Wildlife informs that on August 09, 2021 at 15-00 hours at the address Almaty region, Taldykorgan, Ak kayyn str., 1. public hearings will be held with interested parties to discuss the analysis of the regulatory impact of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on flora", new norms on the transfer of powers to the authorized body in the field of flora to issue permits and exercise control and supervision, as well as the establishment of tax payments within the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Flora".
