On invalidation of
certain resolutions of the akimat
of the Almaty region
In accordance with article 27, subparagraph 4 of paragraph 1 of article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on legal acts" of April 6, 2016, article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" of January 23, 2001, the akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
Recognize as invalid some resolutions of the akimat of the Almaty region in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
The state institution "Management of natural resources and environmental management of the Almaty region" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the date of state registration of this resolution, submission to the state legal Department of the Almaty region akim's office of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1), 2) of this paragraph.
3. control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy akim of the region S. Beskempirov.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
