In accordance with subparagraph 2) of article 14, article 88 of the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2003, article 587 of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget" (Tax code), paragraph 5 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», by order of the acting Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2018 No. 383 "on approval of methodological Instructions for calculating rates of payment for forest use on the plots of the state forest Fund", Almaty regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve:
1)rates of payment for preparation of oleoresin, wood juices on sites of the state forest Fund of the Almaty region according to Appendix 1;
2) rates of payment for harvesting secondary wood resources on the plots of the state forest Fund of the Almaty region in accordance with Annex 2;
3) payment rates for secondary forest use on the plots of the state forest Fund of the Almaty region in accordance with Annex 3;
4) rates of payment for the use of plots of the state forest Fund of the Almaty region for the needs of hunting according to Appendix 4;
5) rates of payment for the use of the state forest Fund of the Almaty region for research purposes in accordance with Annex 5;
6) rates of payment for the use of state forest plots
Fund of the Almaty region for health, recreation, historical and cultural, tourist and sports purposes in accordance with Annex 6.
2. Recognize as invalid the decision of the Almaty regional maslikhat" on approval of rates of payment for forest use on the plots of the state forest Fund of the Almaty region " dated July 25, 2018 No. 34-175(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 4781, published on August 08, 2018 in the information and legal system "Adilet").
3. to assign Control over the implementation of this decision to the permanent Commission of the Almaty regional maslikhat "on issues of the agrarian sphere, land relations, ecology and veterinary medicine".
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
