About modification of the resolution of akimat of Almaty region of March 3, 2016 No. 110 " about the approval of the list of fishery reservoirs of local value»
In accordance with article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on legal acts" dated April 6, 2016 No. 480-V ZRK and article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 3) of paragraph 2 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 "on protection, reproduction and use of wildlife", the regional akimat DECIDES:
1. To contribute to the resolution of akimat of Almaty region dated 3 March 2016 №110 "On approval of the list of fishery reservoirs of local value" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 3785 issued on 30 June 2016 in the legal information system "Adilet") following changes:
the list of fishery reservoirs of local value in Almaty region approved the aforementioned resolution to approve a new revision according to Appendix.
2. State institution "Management of natural resources and environmental control Almaty region," in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution in the representation of the state-legal Department of akim of Almaty region the information on the execution of measures provided by subparagraphs 1), 2) and 3) of this paragraph.
3. Control over execution of the present decree to assign to the Deputy akim of Almaty region S. Beskempirov.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
