About modification of the resolution of akimat of the Almaty region of December 27, 2018 No. 617 "about establishment of places for mass recreation, tourism and sports on water objects and water management structures of the Almaty region»
In accordance with article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "on legal acts", with paragraph 2 of article 94 of the Water code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2003, with subparagraph 8-1) paragraph 1 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
1. Make the following change to the resolution of the akimat of the Almaty region "on establishing places for mass recreation, tourism and sports on water bodies and water management structures of the Almaty region" dated December 27, 2018 No. 617 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 4987 dated January 4, 2019, published on January 10, 2019 in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) :
the Appendix approved by the specified resolution to state in new edition, according to Appendix to this resolution.
2. State institution "Management of natural resources and environmental control Almaty region," in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submission to the state institution "Office of the akim of Almaty region" of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
3. control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of the Almaty region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
