In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 1, 2020, No. 128, amendments and additions were made to paragraphs 13-1, 13-2 and 13-3 of Chapter 3 of the "Rules for Accounting, Storage, Filling in and Issuing a logging ticket and forest ticket Forms", approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2015, No. 18-02/40.
In this regard, in order to receive the state service for "Issuing a logging and forest ticket", individuals and legal entities must apply to the local municipal state forestry institutions with an application to the office of the service provider in the form specified in Annex 4 to these rules, or via the web portal www.egov.kz "e-government" or www.elicense.kz (hereinafter referred to as the Web Portal).
To individuals and legal entities, the service provider provides the state service for "Issuing a logging and forest ticket" in electronic form.
