Establish water protection zones and strips of the Turgen river within the boundaries of the land plot (cadastral number 03-044-193-018) according to the app 1 to this resolution.
Establish water protection zones and strips of the Kukuzek river within the boundaries of the land plot (cadastral number 03-047-141-949) according to the app 1 to this resolution.
Establish water protection zones and strips of the Sarkand river within the boundaries of the land plot (cadastral numbers 03-263-042-592) according to the app 1 to this resolution.
Establish water protection zones and strips of the Sarkand river within the boundaries of land plots (cadastral numbers 03-263-042-404, 03-263-042-408) according to the app 1 to this resolution.
Establish a regime for the economic use of water protection zones and lanes Turgen, Kukuzek and Sarkand rivers within the boundaries of land plots specified in items 1 and 2 of this resolution according to the app Appendix 2 to this resolution.
To a government Agency "Department of natural resources and environmental management of Almaty region" to transfer the project " Establishment of water protection zones and strips of the Turgen river (left Bank) within the boundaries of the land plot (cadastral number 03-044-193-018) " to the akimat of Enbekshikazakh district, project "The establishment water conservation zones and belts river Kukusik (right Bank) within the land plot between PC 34-35 (cadastral number 03-047-141-949) " to the akimat of Karasai district, projects "Establishment of water protection zones and strips of the Sark river (right Bank) in the area where the land plot is located (cadastral number 03-263-042-592) ", "Establishment of water protection zones and strips of the Sark river (right Bank) in the area where the land plots are located (cadastral number 03-263-042-404 and 03-263-042-408) " to the akimat of the sargand District for making changes to the land cadastre documentation.
To a government Agency "Department of natural resources and environmental management of Almaty region» in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan should provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Russian Federation; Department of justice of Almaty region;
2) posting this resolution on the akimat's Internet resource Almaty region after its official publication
3) within ten working days after the date of state registration of this resolution , submit to the state legal Department of the akim's office of the Almaty region information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1), 2) of this paragraph.
6. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to Deputy akim of the region S. Turdalieva.
7. This resolution it comes into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and coming into effect pabout the expiration of ten days calendar days after the date of its first official PSABLicomania

Regime of economic use of water protection zones and strips Turgen river within the boundaries of the land plot (cadastral number 03-044-193-018), river Kukusik within the boundaries of land plot (cadastral room 03-047-141-949) and the Sark river within the boundaries of land plots (cadastral numbers 03-263-042-592, 03-263-042-404, 03-263-042-408)
1. This regime has been developed in accordance with the water legislation of the Russian Federation. added ToODEKcom Republic Kazakhstan dto maintain water bodies in a state that meets sanitary, hygienic and environmental requirements, to prevent pollution, clogging and depletion of surface water, as well as to preserve flora and fauna.
2. Within the limits of water protection strips are prohibited:
1) economic and other activities that worsen the quality and hydrological condition of the water supply system; (pollution, clogging, depletion) of water bodies;
2) construction and operation buildings and structures except water and water intake structures and their communications bridges, bridge structures piers, ports, piers and other transport infrastructure related activity water transport, objects use renewable sources energy (hydrodynamic energy water) as well as recreational zones on the water object, without construction buildings and structures leisure and (or) health purpose;
3) provision of land plots for gardening and dacha construction;
4) operation of existing facilities that are not provided with structures and devices that prevent pollution of water bodies and their water protection zones and lanes;
5) carrying out works that violate the soil and grass cover (including plowing land, grazing livestock, mining ), with the exception of land cultivation for tilling individual plots, sowing and forest planting;
6) setting up tent cities, permanent Parking areas for vehicles, and summer camps for livestock;
7) application of all types of pesticides and fertilizers.
3. Within the limits of water protection zones are prohibited:
1) commissioning of new and reconstructed facilities that are not provided with structures and devices that prevent pollution and clogging of water bodies and their water protection zones and lanes;
2) carrying out reconstruction of buildings, structures, communications and other objects, as well as performing construction, dredging and blasting operations, mining , laying cables, pipelines and other communications, drilling, land and other works without projects approved in accordance with the established procedure with local Executive bodies, basin inspections, the authorized state body in the field of environmental protection, the state body in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and other interested bodies;
3) accommodation and construction warehouses for storage of fertilizers, pesticides petroleum products, points technical service sinks transport means and agricultural technology, mechanical workshops device dumps of household and industrial waste sites refills equipment pesticides, landing bands for holding aerial chemical works as well as accommodation other objects negative influencing water quality;
4) placement of livestock farms and complexes, waste water storage facilities, waste water irrigation fields , cemeteries, cattle burial grounds (biothermal pit), as well as other objects that cause a hazard microbial contamination of surface and underground waters;
5) grazing of livestock in excess of the normal load, bathing and sanitary treatment of livestock and other economic activities that worsen the regime of water bodies;
6) application of the method of aerial treatment with pesticides and aerial fertilization with mineral fertilizers of agricultural crops and forest plantations at a distance of less than two thousand meters from the water edge in a water source;
7) the use of pesticides for which maximum permissible concentrations are not established , the application of fertilizers on the snow cover, as well as the use of non-diluted manure -containing wastewater and persistent organochlorine pesticides as fertilizers.
If it is necessary to carry out forced sanitary treatment in the water protection zone , the use of low - and medium -toxic unstable pesticides is allowed.
