In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 24, 1998 "On Normative Legal Acts" I ORDER:
1. To add to the order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2014 No. 121 "On approval of the Rules for accreditation of sports federations" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 10095, published in the information and legal system "Adilet" dated 5 February 2015) the following changes:
in the Rules for Accreditation of Sports Federations approved by the said order:
in paragraph 13 :
the first paragraph of clause 13 shall be amended as follows:
“13. For accreditation by republican and regional sports federations the following documents are submitted: ";
subparagraphs 2) , 3) and 4) shall be stated in the following edition:
“2) information on the personal management personnel of the executive management body;
3) a certificate or a copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a sports federation in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) a certificate or a copy of the certificate of registration (re-registration) of branches (representative offices) of the sports federation; ";
subparagraphs 6) and 7) shall be deleted;
subparagraphs 8) and 9) shall be stated as follows:
“8) a copy of a document confirming membership in an international sports organization recognized by the International Olympic Committee, the Olympic Council of Asia or the International Convention“ Sport-Accord ”, on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan and be recognized as the National Olympic by the Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan - for sports federations in Olympic and non-Olympic sports;
9) a copy of a document confirming membership in an international sports organization on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on recognition by the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan - for sports federations in national sports; ";
part three of clause 16 shall be amended as follows:
"To confirm the legal status of a republican or regional sports federation, the authorized body requests information from the justice body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that registered the sports federation.";
paragraph 28 shall be deleted.
2. The Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov EB), in the manner prescribed by law, shall ensure:
1) state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order, sending copies of this order for official publication in the information and legal system "Adilet" and a periodical printed publication on an electronic medium with a paper copy certified by the official seal, for entering into the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form, certified by the electronic digital signature of the person authorized to sign this order, with the attachment of a paper copy certified by the official seal;
3) after the official publication, the placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) submission to the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subparagraphs 1), 2) and 3) of this paragraph, within ten working days from the date of the event.
3. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the supervising vice minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
