|
Local executive body of regions, the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent (hereinafter referred to as the service provider).

Methods of providing public services
|
The acceptance of applications and the issuance of the results of public services is carried out through the web portal of "electronic government": www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
|

3.
|
The term for the provision of public services
|
Issuance of a sports federation accreditation certificate - 10 (ten) working days;
renewal of the sports federation accreditation certificate - 5 (five) working days;
issuance of a duplicate certificate of accreditation of a sports federation - 5 (five) working days.

|

The result of the provision of public services
|
The result of the provision of a public service is a certificate of accreditation of a sports federation, a reissued certificate of accreditation of a sports federation, a duplicate of a certificate of accreditation of a sports federation, or a reasoned response to refuse to provide a public service.
The form of providing the result of the provision of public services: electronic.
On the portal, a notification is sent about the readiness of the result of a public service, certified by an electronic digital signature (hereinafter - EDS) of an authorized official, to receive the result of the provision of a public service.

The amount of fees charged from the service recipient for the provision of public services, and the methods of its collection in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Free for legal entities.

7.
|
Service provider's working hours
|
1) the service provider - from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30, with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30, except weekends and holidays, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015.
The acceptance of applications and the issuance of the results of the provision of public services is established from 9.00 to 17.30 with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30;
2) the portal - around the clock, except for technical breaks in connection with the repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays in accordance with the Code, applications are accepted and the results of the provision of public services are issued on the next business day).
The addresses of the places of rendering public services are posted on the Internet resource of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan: www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/sport in the "Services" section.

List of documents required for the provision of public services
|
To obtain a certificate of accreditation of a sports federation: a
request in the form of an electronic document certified by the EDS of the service recipient;
information on the personnel of the executive management body in the form of an electronic copy of the document;
the charter of a sports federation in the form of an electronic document;
a draft of a comprehensive target program for the type (s) of sport in the form of an electronic copy of the document;
draft rules for the type (s) of sport in the form of an electronic copy of the document.
To reissue the certificate of accreditation of the sports federation - a request in the form of an electronic document, certified by the EDS of the service recipient.
To obtain a duplicate certificate of accreditation of a sports federation - a request in the form of an electronic document, certified by the EDS of the service recipient.

Grounds for refusal to provide public services established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
|
1) establishing the inaccuracy of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving public services, and (or) the data (information) contained therein;
2) non-compliance of the sports federation and (or) the data and information provided with the requirements provided for in paragraphs 6, 7, 8, 9 and 27-4 of these Rules;
3) a negative response from an authorized state body to a request for approval, which is required for the accreditation of a sports federation;
4) in relation to the sports federation there is a court decision (judgment) that has entered into legal force on the prohibition of the activity or certain types of activity;
5) in relation to the sports federation, there is a court decision that has entered into legal force, on the basis of which the sports federation is deprived of the special right related to obtaining the accreditation of the sports federation.

Other requirements, taking into account the specifics of the provision of public services, including those provided in electronic form and through the State Corporation
|
The recipient has the opportunity to receive public services in electronic form through the portal, subject to the availability of an EDS.
The recipient receives information about the procedure and status of the provision of public services in remote access mode through the "personal account" of the portal, as well as the Unified Contact Center.
