Management for 2020-2022 supported-43,267 million tenge, including:
2020 – 13 832 million tenge;
2021 – 14 881 million tenge;
2022 – 14 554 million tenge;
The strategic management plan for 2020-2022 provides for the implementation of 9 budget programs:
- BP 001 "Services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of physical culture and sports" - 182,551 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to the maintenance of the full-time staff of the management apparatus. (Of these, in 2020 – 59,698 thousand tenge, 2021-60,768 thousand tenge and 2022-62,085 thousand tenge).
- BP 002 "Holding sports events at the regional level" - 809,635 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to regional events and monthly maintenance of athletes who have achieved high results. (In of 2020 – 270 636 thousand tenge, 2021 – 269 363 thousand tenge and 2022 – 269 636 thousand tenge).
- BP 003 "Training and participation of members of regional national teams in various sports at national and international sports competitions" - 20,337,952 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to conducting and participating in national and international competitions, as well as maintaining the KGB " football club "Zhetysu", KGB "game sports Club "Zhastar", KGB "Professional Rugby club "Olymp", KGB" Center of national and equestrian sports", KSU" School of higher sports skills "and KSU"Olympic reserve training Center". (Of them on 2020 – 6 698 065 thousand. tenge, 2021 – 6 681 289 thousand tenge and 2022 – 6 958 598 thousand tenge).
- BP 006 "Additional education for children and youth in sports" - 8 320 981 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to the maintenance of 15 regional children's and youth sports schools and schools for the disabled. (Of them on 2020 – 2 660 649 thousand tenge, 2021 – 2 799 619 thousand tenge and 2022 – 2 860 713 thousand tenge).
- BP 007 "General education of gifted children in sports in specialized educational organizations" - 2,493,579 thousand tenge. The expenses are directed to the maintenance of the Regional specialized boarding school-the College of the Olympic reserve in Taldykorgan and the Regional specialized boarding school for children gifted in sports in the village of Lepsy, Alakol district. (In of 2020 – 868 322 thousand tenge, 2021 – 803 683 thousand tenge and 2022 – 821 574 thousand tenge).
- BP 032 "Capital expenses of subordinated institutions and organizations" - 1 015 883 thousand tenge. Expenditure aimed at improving the material-technical base of sports facilities, the acquisition module with individual heating, repair educational buildings with landscaping and the reconstruction of leukogram of the regional specialized boarding school of Olympic reserve College. (Of them on 2020 – 1 015 883 thousand tenge).
- BP 088 "Crediting of district (cities of regional significance) budgets to Finance measures under the employment Roadmap" - 182,312 thousand tenge. The funds are intended for maintenance of the building on Abai street №1 in C. Bard Sarah Eskeldy district (CYSS), building facade and swimming pool of youth in Karabulak village of Eskeldi rayon, building of children's and youth sports schools and Central stadium p. Otegen warrior ili region, a stadium in the village Kohali Kerbulak area. (Of these, in 2020 – 182,312 thousand tenge).
- BP 096 "Fulfillment of state obligations under public-private partnership projects" - 9 555 404 thousand tenge. The funds are intended for public-private partnership projects. (Of them on 2020 – 1 707 266 thousand tenge, 2021 – 4 266 550 thousand tenge, 2022 – 3 581 588 thousand tenge).
- BP 113 "Target current transfers to lower-cost budgets" - 369,000 thousand tenge. The funds are intended for major repairs of a sports complex in the village of Bizhanov in the Enbekshikazakh district. (Of these, 369,000 thousand tenge for 2020).
The implementation of the above PSU will be able to achieve the following target indicators: a systematic occupation of the population in physical culture and sports 31.2% and software infrastructure to 55.1 per cent.
