Management for 2021-2023 supported-54,110 million tenge, including:
2021 – 18 323 million tenge;
2022 – 17 940 million tenge;
2023 – 17 847 million tenge.
The strategic management plan for 2021-2023 provides for the implementation of 8 budget programs:
- BP 001 "Services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of physical culture and sports" - 185,573 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to the maintenance of the full-time staff of the management apparatus. (Of these, for 2021 – 59,984 thousand tenge, 2022-62,085 thousand tenge and 2023-63,504 thousand tenge).
- BP 002 "Holding sports events at the regional level" - 1,170,069 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to holding regional events and monthly maintenance of athletes who have achieved high results. (Of which 2021 – 371 156 thousand tenge, 2022 – 389 714 thousand tenge and 2023 – 409 199 thousand tenge).
- BP 003 "Training and participation of members of regional national teams in various sports at national and international sports competitions" - 14,162,141 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to the preparation, holding and participation in national and international sports competitions, as well as for 2021 allocated for the maintenance of KGKP " Football Club "Zhetysu" - 962 406 thousand tenge, KGKP "Club of game sports "Zhastar" - 686 815 thousand tenge, GKKP "Professional Rugby Club" Olymp "- 154 906 thousand tenge, KGKP" Center of National and equestrian Sports "- 214 268 thousand tenge, KSU" School of Higher Sports Skills "and KSU"Olympic Reserve Training Center". (Of them on 2021 – 4 597 945 thousand tenge, 2022 – 4 709 907 thousand tenge and 2023 – 4 854 289 thousand tenge).
- BP 005 "Capital expenditures of the state body" - 3 736.0 thousand tenge.
- BP 006 "Additional education for children and youth in sports" - 24 279 806 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to the maintenance of 43 regional children's and youth sports schools and schools for the disabled. (Of them on 2021 – 7 489 343 thousand tenge, 2022 – 8 053 231 thousand tenge and 2023 – 8 737 232 thousand tenge).
- BP 007 "General education of gifted children in sports in specialized educational organizations" - 3 411 098 thousand tenge. Expenses are directed to the maintenance of the Regional Specialized Boarding School-College of the Olympic Reserve in Taldykorgan and the Regional specialized Boarding School for gifted children in sports in the village of Lepsy, Alakol district. (Including 999,897 thousand tenge for 2021, 2022 – 1 148 972 thousand tenge and 2023 – 1 262 229 thousand tenge).
- BP 032 "Capital expenditures of subordinate institutions and organizations" - 535 198.0 thousand tenge.
- BP 096 "Fulfillment of state obligations under public-private partnership projects" - 10,362,824 thousand tenge. The funds are intended for public-private partnership projects. (Of them on 2021 – 4 265 491 thousand tenge, 2022 – 3 576 565 thousand tenge, 2023 – 2 520 768 thousand tenge).
The implementation of the above-mentioned BP will ensure the achievement of the following target indicators: systematic employment of the population in physical culture and sports by 31.2% and provision of infrastructure of the region by 55.1%.
