Thanksgiving Day Celebration

In accordance with the Decree of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev dated January 14, 2016 No. 173, the day of the creation of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan - March 1, was declared the Day of Gratitude in the country.

Thanksgiving Day is a holiday that has appeared at the present stage of the country's development, contributing to the strengthening and development of Kazakhstani identity, unity based on a common history. This is a sign of respect for our history, testifying to the mutual support and respect for each other of representatives of different nationalities.

This holiday was held in the subordinate centers for the provision of special social services of the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Almaty Region on the topics "Algisim sheksiz  barine!"

During the festive events, the heads of the organizations spoke about the importance of this date. Concerts, meetings, educational lessons, art exhibitions, sports events were organized.

In addition, within the framework of the holiday, in the center for the provision of special social services "Shapagat", the collective of the state communal state enterprise "Nursery Garden No. 13" Kuralay"of the combined type" of the state institution "Akim's administration of the Erkin rural district of the city of Taldykorgan" spent a wonderful holiday with the kids , and the specialists of the Karatal Day Center organized a trip with children to visit the veteran of the Great Patriotic War T. Akhmetchin.
