In pursuance of paragraph 76 of the National Action Plan for the implementation of the Address to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 1, "unity of the people and systemic reforms – a solid foundation for the prosperity of the country", a number of events are being held in the region.

In order to reduce paternalistic sentiments and social dependency, work is being carried out to strengthen information work among the population of the region. Akims of 20 districts and cities were instructed to implement a media plan "to strengthen information work aimed at reducing paternalistic attitudes and social dependency among the population for 2022", approved jointly by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To date, 20 local newspapers have articles in the region, explanatory work is being carried out through social networks.

Also, 20 explanatory meetings and 5 job fairs were held with persons registered with the probation service, applicants, persons with disabilities and other categories of citizens.

Since the beginning of the year, media coverage of this topic has been carried out in the following areas:

- 40 information and analytical materials on the measures taken by the state to promote employment of the population have been published in the mass media.

-information and analytical materials on the provision of targeted social assistance have been published in the mass media.

The program "Talky" of the local TV channel "Zhetysu" discussed positive results on the prevention of dependency, increasing social responsibility of citizens and preventing the growth of poverty. The program was attended by the head of the Department of social assistance and work with the disabled of the Department of coordination of employment and social programs of the Almaty region – Sarsebekov Syrym, deputy of the Taldykorgan city Maslikhat – Gulnisa Dosanovna, chairman of the Public Association Aisha – bibi – Zhazira Khabuldina, head of the partnership of private economy "four spheres" – Dauren Aukhaev.
