The guaranteed social package from 2021 will be provided through the electronic Portal of social services

In Kazakhstan, a guaranteed social package from 2021 will be provided through the electronic Portal of social services. Already today, in the Almaty region, 420 low-income families with children aged 1 to 6 are receiving food kits and hygiene products through the Portal in a pilot mode. Magnum Cash & Carry LLP has become a supplier of food products and hygiene products in our region.

- We are suppliers of food and hygiene products for children from one to six years old in many regions of Kazakhstan. We registered on the portal, took part in a pilot project for the supply of goods to recipients of ASP. It is convenient to work on the social services portal; everything is clear and technically well developed. The entire process of promoting the service is monitored by both the supplier and the customer, - said the representative of LLP «Magnum Cash & Carry» in Almaty.

Employees of the Center for the Development of Labor Resources of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan have already trained specialists from the social protection bodies of cities and regions to work with service recipients and suppliers on the Portal. Currently, work is underway to provide service recipients with EDS keys, and the employment centers explain how to work with the Portal.

It is expected that at the beginning of 2021 in the region 24,547 families will receive GSPs, of which 21,774 or 88.7% are already provided with EDS. By the end of the year, all families of recipients of the guaranteed social package must receive an electronic digital signature.

Thanks to the Portal, obtaining guaranteed social packages will become much more convenient. In his personal account on the Social Services Portal, the applicant can independently choose the suppliers of goods and the proposed options for SHG sets. The electronic application is automatically sent to the supplier, who will deliver the SHG directly to the recipients. You can pick up packages yourself, by self-pickup.

- Employees of the employment center explained everything very easily, applied on the portal. It is much easier and faster, besides now I can see what food and hygiene products my children will receive, - says the recipient from the village “Utenai”.

At the moment, within the framework of the pilot regime, 164 families who submitted applications on the Portal have already been provided with 248 packages through the Portal.
