Festive events for the Day of the Elderly

In the Almaty region, there are two centers of special social services for the elderly and disabled of general type for 570 places: "Tekeli center for the provision of special social services" Shapagat "for 350 places (of which: 30 places - day care department) and" Kapshagai center for the provision of special social services. services ”for 220 places, where today 432 people are served (including 315 elderly people and 117 disabled people).

On October 1, 2020, festive events dedicated to the International Day of Older Persons were held in these institutions, in compliance with all sanitary requirements.

A festive concert was organized with the participation of employees of the institution and service recipients, flowers and gifts were presented to the elderly.

At the end of the event, a festive dinner was organized for the service recipients.
