The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
Introduce into the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 3, 2018 No. 157 "On the establishment of fees for the issuance and (or) extension of a permit to attract foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2018, No. 17-18, art. 81) the following change:
Introduce into the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 3, 2018 No. 157 "On the establishment of fees for the issuance and (or) extension of a permit to attract foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2018, No. 17-18, art. 81) the following change:
Item 1 shall be stated in the following edition:
"1. To establish the rates of fees for the issuance and (or) extension of a permit to attract foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the size of the monthly calculation index established by the law on the republican budget as of the date of payment of fees, in the amount in accordance with the appendix to this resolution, with the exception of seasonal foreign workers, for whom the rates of fees for issuing and (or) extending a permit to attract foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan are set in the following amounts:
