on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Almaty Region

According to paragraph 5 of Art. 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", an internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out to identify and eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of corruption offenses in the activities of the State Institution "Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Almaty Region" (hereinafter referred to as the Office).
The basis for conducting an internal analysis is the order of the head of the Department dated September 4, 2019 No. 124-1-ө, the chief specialist of the department for monitoring the employment sector K.R. Internal analysis was conducted from 20 to 29 November 2019.
Observed period: 10 months of 2019.
The Department carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Akimat of Almaty Region No. 372 dated August 29, 2019 (hereinafter - the Regulation).
Mission and main tasks of the Department: assistance in improving the level and quality of life of the population. Implementation, within its competence, of state policy in the field of employment, social programs, migration, social partnership, public-private partnership.
In accordance with the Rules for the Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks, approved by Presidential Decree No. 12 dated October 19, 2016, the internal analysis was carried out in the following areas.
