The subject of anti-corruption monitoring is the identification of corruption risks in the activities of the Directorate for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Almaty Region.
The basis for the internal analysis is the order of the head of the Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Almaty Region (hereinafter referred to as the Office) No. 162-ө dated September 4, 2018, where Zh.M. Tynyshbaeva was appointed the person responsible for its implementation. - Chief Specialist of the Department of Analysis and Code of Social Programs (tel .: 32-96-77, e-mail: otdelplan2015@mail.ru) and working group.
Period: from 20 to 29 November 2018.
Observed period: 10 months of 2018.
The department carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulations approved by the Resolution of the Akimat of Almaty region dated July 8, 2016 No. 364 (hereinafter - the Regulations).
The mission of the Department, according to the Regulations, is to provide leadership in the field of employment and social protection of the population in the territory of the Almaty region.
In accordance with the Rules for Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks, approved by Presidential Decree No. 12 dated October 19, 2016, an internal analysis was carried out in the following areas:
