The region has ensured the systematic work of the tripartite commissions on social partnership and regulation of socio-economic and labor relations.
In 2021, 12 regional and 163 district, city meetings of the tripartite commission were held.
The chairman of the trilateral commission is the akim of the region, as well as local executive bodies for labor inspection, entrepreneurship, education, economy, etc. are included in the commission.
Together with employers and trade unions, the meetings of the tripartite commission constantly consider topical issues of repayment of wage arrears at the enterprises of the region, prevention of labor conflicts, ensuring equal rights and working conditions of domestic and foreign workers, prevention, settlement of social conflicts and other topical issues of the social and labor sphere.
In order to prevent the risks of social tension and labor conflicts, coordination of actions between local executive bodies, associations of trade unions, employers and employees has been strengthened.
Since the beginning of 2022, 2 regional and 23 district, city meetings of the tripartite commission have been held, at which issues of regulating labor relations were considered, including the prevention and prevention of labor conflicts and disputes at the enterprises of the region (on the risks of labor disputes, on the repayment of wage arrears, on non-payment of mandatory pension contributions, on the conclusion of collective agreements, etc.), on measures to increase the income of the population, also about the work carried out to ensure safe working conditions at the enterprises of the region (training of employees on safety and labor protection, organization of competitions, information work on the project "Safe work", "Zero injuries", etc.)
