A meeting of the Coordinating Council for Interaction and Cooperation with Non-governmental organizations under the Akimat of the Almaty region for the first quarter of 2024 was held

On February 27 of this year, a meeting of the Coordinating Council for Interaction and Cooperation with Non-governmental organizations under the Akimat of the Almaty region was held under the chairmanship of the first deputy Akim of the region N. Abdrahim. The meeting of the Council was attended by members of the Council, deputy mayors of the city of Konai and districts, NGOs, and the media in a video mode.
In accordance with the work plan of the Coordinating Council for the first quarter of 2024, the following issues were considered:
1) On timely provision of information to the database of non-governmental organizations;
2) On the work of regional departments for interaction and cooperation with non-governmental organizations;
3) On plans for state social orders or state grants for non-governmental organizations approved for 2024.
In the Almaty region, the state social order is carried out through 6 regional departments: Departments for Internal Policy, Religious Affairs, Education, Health, coordination of employment and social programs, youth policy, in 9 district and 1 city department of internal policy.
