Now, citizens who want to become a civil servant have the opportunity to pass an interview online. This was announced at a briefing in "Jetisý Media" by the Deputy head Department Of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs in Almaty region Lyazzat Beysekulova.
The main changes relate to the rules of the competition for the position of corps "B". Thus, according to the current rules of the competition, the documents of participants will be reviewed by the personnel management service. Previously, the documents of candidates were considered by the competition Commission of the state body. In this regard, it should be noted that the number of competition commissions in state bodies has decreased from five to three people.
"In the old version, deputies of all levels, representatives of the media and other state bodies could attend the meetings of the competition Commission as observers. Now every citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at least eighteen years old, will be able to observe the meetings of the competition Commission of state agencies. This can be friends, family and friends of the candidate. Interviews with candidates, if necessary, can be conducted by remote means of video communication", - said Lyazzat Beisekulova.
It is important to know that according to the new rules, today candidates for the first time or newly entering the civil service provide only three documents. This is a statement, service record, and a copy of the entity's documents. Previously, they had to hand over 8 documents, including certificates from the drug store, psych dispensary, form 086 and employment record.
"I would like to remind you that today the number of civil servants of the Almaty region is 7199 people, state bodies - 779. Due to the current epidemiological situation, 50% of civil servants work remotely in state bodies where the number exceeds 30 people," the speaker summed up.
