On May 20, Taldykorgan hosted a Republican methodological seminar "modern trends in the interethnic sphere: social dimensions" with the participation of deputy heads of the Department of internal policy, secretaries of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, heads of departments of interethnic affairs, directors of KSU "Kogamdyk kelisim"

The main goal is to inform structures about trends taking place in the modern world. Moderator, director of the RSE "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the Ministry of Information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan G. Kusmangali noted that in accordance with the initiative of the head of state, work is underway to create the main task - a new Kazakhstan, a new republic that requires its practical implementation. This initiative affects all aspects of public life.

The participants discussed the direction of ensuring the involvement of citizens in the implementation of the initiatives voiced by the president, as well as raised the issue of reformatting the activities of structures, taking into account the challenges facing our society.

Head of the regional Work Department of the committee for the development of interethnic relations of the Ministry of Information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Maksutov focused on the general problems of organizing work in the field of interethnic relations.

Issues of socio-political trends in Kazakhstan, regional aspects of interethnic relations, socio-political views of young people were raised.

Director-expert of the Center for Sociological Research of the modernization of society of the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development E. Appelgantz reported on the sociological research of the Kazakhstan Institute of social development on Kazakh families in a scientific context.

At the end of the seminar, the participants exchanged views and received answers to their questions.
