A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Department of Education of Almaty region, KSU "Kogamdyk kelisim" and the Council of Mothers at the regional APK

The goal is joint and coordinated activities to ensure interethnic harmony and national unity in educational institutions of the region, the formation and upbringing of Kazakhstani patriotism, civil and spiritual and legal culture of the younger generation.

It provides for the provision of advisory, legal, psychological, and mediation assistance to parents, teaching staff, and students in solving social problems.

It is planned to create Mothers' Councils in educational organizations and to create a club "Young Mediator" in order to popularize mediation as a mechanism for resolving conflict situations, to create clubs "Book Lover" within the framework of the projects "Reading School", "Young political scientist".
