Within the framework of the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a solemn meeting with the compatriots "Tauelsizdiktin-Koskerueni "" was held.

The main purpose of the meeting is to reveal the role and significance of kandastars who worked in various fields during the years of Independence, having moved to their homeland from all over the world.

The meeting was attended by the head of the regional Department of Internal Policy R. Edauletov, Sagat Zakhanovna and Ayatkhan Turysbekovich, who headed the special mission from Mongolia in 1991, the head of the regional public association "Kandastar" K.Sansyzbayuly, deputy chairman of the regional branch of the Nur Otan party A.Kubentaev, heads of regional departments and peers of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The report was made by the head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Almaty region R.Yesdauletov, noting that the significant success of the sovereign state over the past thirty years is due to the constructive policy of the First President, Nursultan Nazarbayev, as well as the hard work of our compatriots - educated, professional, talented Kazakhstanis who stood at the origins of Independence.

As part of the event, a film was shown about our compatriots who arrived in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1991 and still actively participate in the life of the country, as well as work in all spheres.

During the solemn meeting, the presentation of the books of the chairman of the NGO "Kandastar" Kurmetbek Sansyzbayev "Kazak kundylygy ult ulylygy" and "Zhyldar zhylnamasy" took place. In these books, the author reveals the foundations of the greatness of the nation and glorifies Kazakh values, instills a sense of patriotism in young people.

In 2021, 6023 ethnic Kazakhs from the Almaty region received citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Four of them were presented with identity cards in a solemn atmosphere.

At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the public association "Kandastar" in Almaty region K.Sansyzbayuly, pioneers of the great migration from Mongolia in 1991, Ayatkhan Turysbekuly, Sagat Zahankyzy and Rais Aripzhanuly, Millionaire Kazhekenuly and a number of residents of the region were awarded letters of thanks from the deputy akim of the region and the "Department of Internal Policy of the Almaty region".
