On September 15, an online training seminar "The role of interculturalism, mediation in strengthening interethnic stability and social harmony" and a master class for mediators of the region were held on the ZOOM platform.

The main task of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan as a public institution is to ensure public harmony and strengthen stability, increase the effectiveness of interaction between state and civil institutions of society in the field of interethnic relations.

"The goals of the development concept of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan are the further development of the APK, ensuring public harmony and national unity based on the principles of Kazakh patriotism, the unifying role of the state language, unity in diversity, the constant modernization of the nation, as well as the policy of interculturalism," Bakhyt Chingayeva, head of the mediation office at the APK of the Almaty region, Candidate of Law, professor, coach - mediator of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, said in her speech.

At the end of the seminar, the participants exchanged views, received answers to all their questions.
