Awarding of the winners of the competition "Quality service" among civil servants of the city of Kapshagai

In the period from May 28 to June 07 of this year in the city of Kapshagai, at the initiative of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the Almaty region, the office of the mayor of the city organized a competition "quality service" among civil servants (service providers) of the city of Kapshagai, a competition among civil servants (namely service providers) on the theme "Quality service" dedicated to the day of civil servants, as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The competition is held for the first time at a high level in the Almaty region. On June 11, this year, at 15.00, the award ceremony was held based on the results of the "quality service"competition. The competition was attended by specialists of 12 state institutions of the city of Kapshagai, providing public services. The contest consisted of 3 criteria: an essay, a video clip, and a booklet. Head of the Office of the Mayor of the city Duysenbayev B. F. and Chief Specialist of the Department of Public Services of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Almaty region Abylov M. K. the winners were awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes (1st place – TV, 2nd place-tablet, 3rd place-smart watch), the participants were presented with memorable gifts.

According to the results of public monitoring in the Almaty region, the city of Kapshagai occupies a leading position in terms of the satisfactory level of the population and the share of the provision of public services in electronic form by local executive bodies of the district/city of Almaty region in the 1st quarter of 2021.
