A special feature of this resource is that it can work and train people with special needs. And today, the radio, implemented by the NGO for disabled people "Meyirim", is looking for young talents who want to develop in the field of mass media. This became known on the information platform "JETISÝ MEDIA".

"The specifics of the Internet radio" DeFacto FM " is to cover various aspects of the life, activities and creativity of people with special needs. Unfortunately, many of them have difficulties with communication and do not have full information about their rights. They are in an information and cultural vacuum. That is why we decided to create an inclusive Internet radio, which will become a source of a single, barrier-free, cultural information space. Where people with disabilities will be able to realize themselves in different directions. Since we will teach you not only to work on the radio, but also to write texts, edit, shoot, and interview. In general, to develop creative potential, which is very useful for their health, "said Gulvira Taubaldinova, Chairman of the NGO for Disabled people" Meyirim".

The organizers plan not only to train a new profession, but also to find official employment. Today, there are about 10 employees working here. One of them is an interviewer of the inclusive Internet radio "Defacto FM" Yernat Kasmukhanov.

"It is gratifying that my hobby benefits people. During the existence of the resource, I have conducted quite a few interviews. I fell in love with a new business, opened up on the creative side and teach this to the younger generation. I believe that such projects are necessary for our region and the country as a whole. There are a lot of plans: to increase the number of jobs for people with disabilities. This is one of the fundamental tasks of our Internet radio. We plan to expand the staff of correspondents and radio presenters. And also to equip a recording studio and cultivate specialists who can give decent competition in the labor market, " Yernat Kasmukhanov said.

It should be emphasized that for the convenience of all listeners, an application has been developed that allows you to connect to the server. This is very convenient, because almost everyone now has a mobile phone, according to the developers.
