Due to the severe epidemiological situation, an enhanced quarantine regime has been introduced in the districts of Kegen , Talgar, as well as in the city of Taldykorgan. This was announced on the information platform "Jetisy media" by the head of the Health Department of the Almaty region Bauyrzhan Yermak. According to him, this is due to the fact that new cases of infection are actively detected in these regions.
"To date, the number of cases of coronavirus in the Almaty region has reached 212. Of these, 73 patients are on inpatient treatment. 2254 contact persons were identified, all of them were taken under medical supervision. An epidemiological study is being conducted. Currently, 3 foci of coronavirus infection are active. These are Talgar, Panfilov districts and the city of Taldykorgan. Consequently, quarantine measures will be strengthened there, " said Bauyrzhan Yermak.
It is important to note that despite the difficult epidemiological situation, the gradual relaxation of quarantine in the Almaty region continues. So, since April 18, according to the new resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the region, roadblocks are removed and a significant number of important objects start working.
"According to the relief plan, roadblocks between districts and cities of the region are being removed, with the exception of territories that are not affected by coronavirus infection. Will start to work baths, in addition to public saunas, spas, massage centers. It is allowed to operate objects: services, public catering with a capacity of up to 30 seats, as well as functioning outdoors with a summer playground, food and non-food markets with a work permit from 10: 00 to 17: 00 hours," said Deputy Chief sanitary doctor of the region Askhat Charapiev.
In addition, according to the new decree, with strict compliance with sanitary and disinfection measures and the mask regime, duty groups in preschool organizations, small educational centers, clubs, specialized training centers for training and retraining of rescuers responsible for safety, as well as security and other specialized organizations will again work.
