PURPOSE
On the proposal of the Chairman of Almaty regional branch of the party Batalov A. G., Bureau of Political Council of regional branch of the party, and by order of the First Deputy Chairman of the party "Nur Otan" Baibek B. K., according to paragraph 9.3 of the Charter party January 15, 2021, first Deputy Chairman of the regional branch of the party "Nur Otan" assigned Tolybaeva Gulnar Kozhagulovna.
The head of the region, chairman of the regional branch of the party Batalov A. G., wished good luck to the new first deputy chairman Gulnar Toylybayeva.
Gulnar Toylybayeva held the position of deputy chairman of this political organization before being appointed to this position in 2016. The total work experience in the party is 13 years.
She began her career in 1989 as a teacher at the Kirov Secondary School in the village of Karabulak in the Eskelda district. Continuing this activity in the secondary school named after Sh.Valikhanov, then in 2002 began working as the chief specialist of the Department of internal policy of the Eskeldinsky district.
Since 2007 started to work as head of the Department of political work since 2012 head of the social and political work, then, 2013 the head of the Department of organizational-control work of Almaty regional branch of the party "Nur Otan".
The first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the party, Zhanbolat Zhorgenbayev, who served until now, was elected secretary of the regional maslikhat at the session of the regional maslikhat on January 15 at the suggestion of the Bureau of the Political Council of the regional branch of the party.
