"In accordance with Article 27 ""on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan"", approved by order 173 of the Acting Minister of Information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2021 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 26, 2021 No. 22807), the akimat of Almaty region decides on the standard methodology for determining the cost of services purchased for conducting state information policy in the mass media at the regional level:
1.approve the methodology for determining the cost of services purchased for conducting state information policy in the mass media in Almaty region in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
2.approve the basic cost of services purchased for the implementation of the State Information Policy in the mass media in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
3. state institution" Department of internal policy of Almaty region " in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) posting this resolution on the internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
2) within ten working days after the official publication of this resolution, provide the State Legal Department of the Office of the Akim of Almaty region with information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subparagraph 1) of this paragraph.
4. control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of the region B. Baizhumanov.
5.this resolution comes into force from the date of its first official publication.
