NOVELTIES on the purchase of goods, works, and services for which public procurement is carried out by unified organizers

By Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2024 No. 6 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On January 11, 2024, No. 33902), changes were made to the Lists of Goods, works, and services for which public procurement is carried out by unified organizers of public procurement (approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2018 No. 1127).

The specified order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication (zan.gov.kz ).

The Order provides for the implementation of public procurement by territorial divisions of central state bodies through a single organizer of public procurement of republican significance, as well as non-proliferation of the Order for public procurement of goods, works and services purchased by means of a tender using framework agreements and a tender with using the calculation of the cost of the life cycle of purchased goods, works, and services.
