A seminar-meeting was held to clarify the requirements of the ZRK "On Public procurement"

Pursuant to paragraph 5 of the decision of the Ethics Council of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs of the Almaty region dated September 08, 2023 No. 7-4, a seminar-meeting for civil servants of the Akimat of the region was held on September 22, 2023 by the Public Procurement Department of the Almaty region, aimed at clarifying the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement".
The event was attended by representatives of regional administrations, akimats of districts and the city of Konaev, as well as a specially invited acting head of the Department of Internal State Audit in Almaty region Bekmurzin Kordai Azatovich.
Kordai Azatovich made a report on the novelties in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public procurement" and on the responsibility of civil servants for violations in the organization and conduct of public procurement.
After the report, the acting head of the Department of Internal State Audit in the Almaty region, K. A. Bekmurzin, and the head of the Public Procurement Department of the Almaty region, A. N. Vaisov, gave meaningful answers to the questions of the gathered participants of the seminar-meeting on issues arising during public procurement.
