Not only Kazakh countries, but also all major countries of the world have experienced a great challenge. Due to the decline in economic growth, the standard of living of the population has changed. Thanks to timely decisions of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kazakhstan managed to contain the epidemic. However, the fight hasn't stopped yet. For this purpose, the message "Kazakhstan in new conditions" is important: validity period». As they say, "where there is unity, there is life" we all need to work together.

President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich said in a message: "on my instructions, a new law has been adopted that will improve the procurement system of state bodies. But the procurement system of national companies is still opaque and inaccessible to ordinary entrepreneurs. I instruct you to adopt a single law regulating all procurement work in the quasi-public sector by the end of the year. All regulated purchases should be as transparent as possible and carried out only through a "single window"," he instructed. In addition, special attention was paid to employment issues. On the part of regional management of public procurement is conducted systematic work in this direction. In this regard, the employment roadmap 2020 program has given great opportunities to Kazakhstan's personnel, domestic construction companies and manufacturers of construction materials. As part of this program, 1051 projects are planned to be implemented in the region this year. As of October 15 this year, out of 1051 projects, 1043 have been implemented public procurement procedures, while the remaining 8 projects are undergoing competitive procedures.

According to the data obtained from the public procurement portal, to date, the share of local content under concluded contracts is reflected in 731 out of 1051 projects and in General is 64%. In order to improve these indicators, the Department is constantly working with customers of the region.

Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said in his Message: "there are often cases when cheap and low-quality goods from abroad are presented as domestic products and win in procurement competitions. Neither the list of domestic manufacturers nor industrial certificates create a real barrier for counterfeiters. The government, together with the National chamber of entrepreneurs "Atameken", will develop specific proposals to increase the coverage of Kazakhstan by the end of the year. The overall goal in this area is to increase the production of the manufacturing industry by at least 1.5 times in five years, " he said. He also stressed that it is important that policy in monetary, tax and other key areas does not deviate from the demand of the real sector. Guided by these questions, we started working. As of October 05 of this year, the regional Department of public procurement conducted 559 public procurement procedures as a single regional organizer of public procurement. In addition, the process of public procurement for 32 lots is currently being reviewed documents. Public procurement procedures for all lots were carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By addressing the issues proposed by Kasymzhomart Kemelevich, Kazakhstan is developing dynamically and increasing its competitiveness with other countries. Therefore, we must work hard for the prosperity of the country's economy. Thus, we will overcome this epidemic and continue the path of development.
