The civil budget of the Public Procurement Department of the Almaty region for 2025-2027.
The Department of Public Procurement of the Almaty region provides you with information about the draft budget of the department for 2025-2027, how it is planned, and what public funds are spent on. In international practice, such information is called the Civil Budget. The information is posted annually in this format. The Management staff consists of 15 staff members and 3 technical staff. The main task of the Department, as a single organizer of public procurement in the Almaty region, is to organize and conduct public procurement, ensure optimal and efficient spending of money used for public procurement. The timely and effective disbursement of funds in the region depends on the timely conduct of public procurement. The Management budget is planned according to the approved staffing units on the basis of current Legislation and regulations.
The Management budget for 2025-2027 is planned according to budget programs: 001015 "Services for the implementation of state policy in the field of public procurement" including:
subprogram 015 "At the expense of the local budget" 2025 -138 927.0 thousand tenge, 2026 – 116,571.0 thousand tenge, 2027 – 119,380.0 thousand tenge.
