1) On public procurement procedures as a single procurement organizer of the region
In total, from the beginning of the year to September 29, the Public Procurement Department received 882 applications for tenders totaling 179.3 billion tenge:
138 applications - for construction and installation works;
103 - for work not related to construction;
255 - for the development of design and estimate documentation;
229 - for the provision of services;
157 - for the purchase of goods .
Out of 882 applications: the results of 672 tenders have been summed up, purchases for 111 tenders have not taken place, 94 tenders are in the process of holding, 5 applications are under consideration before publication.
The results of 672 contests totaling 126.6 billion tenge were summed up, including:
- 123 tenders for construction and installation works for 98.9 billion tenge;
- for the development of design and estimate documentation of 247 tenders for a total amount of 8.2 billion tenge;
- for works not related to the construction of 86 tenders for 7.1 billion tenge;
- 151 tenders for the purchase of services for 6.3 billion tenge;
- for the purchase of goods from the competition in the amount of 6.1 billion tenge.
Purchases for 111 tenders for the purchase of various goods and services in the amount of 15.5 billion tenge did not take place.
There are 94 tenders in the process for a total amount of 37.2 billion tenge, including:
- 14 tenders for construction and installation works, totaling 32.7 billion tenge;
- 7 tenders for the development of design and estimate documentation, totaling 0.4 billion tenge;
- 14 tenders for works not related to construction, totaling 1.1 billion tenge;
- 30 tenders for the provision of services totaling 2.3 billion tenge;
- 29 tenders for the purchase of goods totaling 0.7 billion tenge.
2) On the development of funds allocated to the Management:
101.4 million tenge has been allocated to the Management for 2023. With a plan for October 01, 2023 of 74.9 million tenge, the development amounted to 74.7 million tenge or 99.7%. The balance of funds is 213.7 thousand tenge – savings on the specifics of the photo.
