Public discussion agenda:
The results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the public procurement Department of the Almaty region have been submitted for public discussion.
During the discussion of the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the department, a discussion of the proposals provided for in the analytical report was held.
Thus, 16 recommendations were given, 3 of which provide for amendments to the existing regulatory legal acts used in the process of procurement of works and services by open tender (approval of uniform requirements for calculating the work experience of potential suppliers in the implementation of construction and installation projects; formation and approval of a standard form of technical specifications and qualification requirements, approved in the Tender Documentation of public procurement of services; creation of an electronic depository of experience in the provision of technical supervision services).
The participants of the public discussion exchanged opinions and suggestions, and answers were provided to the questions asked.
The head of the working group on internal analysis of corruption risks A. Seksembayeva summed up the results of the public discussion and thanked the participants.
Based on the results of the public discussion and in accordance with the analytical report on the results of the analysis of corruption risks, it is planned to draw up and approve an action plan to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to the prevention of corruption offenses.
