Analytical report on the results of identifying corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Public Procurement Department of Almaty region"
In accordance with the order of the Acting Head of the Public Procurement Department of the Almaty region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) dated August 02, 2022 No. 400-BN/K "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Public Procurement Department of the Almaty Region" from August 08 to August 18, 2022, the working group as follows conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the institution:
Head of the working group:
Aliya Berikkalievna Seksembayeva – Head of the Department for Monitoring Public Procurement and Administration.
Members of the working group:
Rakhmetova Akmaral Talgatovna – Chief Specialist of the Department of Public Procurement of Works;
Sydykzhanov Bauyrzhan Yerbolatovich – Chief Specialist of the Department of Public Procurement of Goods and Services;
Ten Viktor Viktorovich - Director of the NGO "Taldykorgan Human Rights Center", head of the Special Monitoring Group of the region (by agreement).
The period covered by the internal analysis: II, III, IV quarters of 2021.
In accordance with the "Rules for Conducting Internal analysis of Corruption risks" approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016, the internal analysis was carried out in the following areas:
1) identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of structural divisions of the Department;
2) identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the structural divisions of the Department.
