To receive communal assistance, this category of citizens should have a current account in their name only in the communal company. That is, it is not paid if an account is opened in the name of other family members. To compensate for the cost of utilities, the consumer submits an application through the information system, in the absence of which to the call center, with a complete presentation of the data in accordance with the appropriate form.
